A 30 year veteran of the sporting goods industry, Peter Heil began his career as a ski boot designer moving on to becoming a large-scale sport shoe distributor. In 1990 Hotronic, www.hotronic.de, was taken on board for distribution in Germany and Austria. This served as the inspiration and motivation to innovate further.
